Made up of 8 or more members who are interested in defining value for members of ABC Eastern PA and believe in networking events, monthly membership meetings and networking Peer to Peer groups. Assist members in development of new business and promote the use of merit shop firms to construction users.
This committee is responsible for the successful running of the EIC Awards Banquet, Golf Tournament, Peer to Peer Groups and the sub-committee for diversity. Recommends events and programs for Board of Directors approval.

This group concerns itself with recruitment of new members who share the merit shop philosophy. To assimilate and retain these members into the work of ABC. The retention of current membership. Encourages members to get involved in a committee, special events along with monthly membership. This group will also discuss and implement membership recruitment plans, benefits and services. This group can meet monthly or when needed.

This committee’s mission is to improve the construction industry through training of highly motivated and skilled individuals within a merit shop philosophy. This committee works with staff with the approved Department of Labor Apprenticeship program, Craft Training courses, and Management courses. This group assists in the hiring of new instructors and handles any formal complaints from membership regarding course content and NCCER.
This committee will recommend yearly changes to the Board of Directors for approval. This group meets monthly. This committee will have a sub committee called Technology Committee that focuses on new technologies.

Executive & Finance
Made up of the officers of the Board of Directors. The committee reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors in the areas of: Budget & Financials; Personnel Issues; Chapter Operational Issues
This committee meets monthly and reviews monthly and YTD financials as presented by the Treasurer and any personnel issues that the President has had to deal with. This group meets monthly.
