The Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter (ABC) represents over 500 general contractors, specialty contractors, material suppliers and related firms in Eastern Pa. ABC provides its members with a wide variety of services including apprenticeship and training programs, business development, government and labor relations, safety and management education.
