Custom and In-House Training
Custom training seminars and workshops can be developed specifically for your company and employee needs and is delivered on ABC premises for you. A key benefit is that the training will focus on the areas you have chosen.
In-House training is training that is conducted at your place of business, during the day or evening. This option provides an added convenience to your employees as well as encouraging your employees to learn and grow together as a team. Key benefits include: a schedule that you choose, the use of your facilities, a place more convenient for your employees, and the ability to help ensure the success of the training program.
Fees for Custom and In-House Training are greatly affected by: the specific type and duration of training, the number of participants, curriculum resources, professional fees, and travel costs for the trainer or instructor, and other various items.

safety training & evaluation Process (step)
Established in 1989 by the ABC National Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Committee, the Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) program was developed and written by contractors, for contractors. There is no charge for this service (Unless applying for STEP Platinum, Diamond, or ordering extra certificates) and your responses are strictly confidential. Benefits include an organized approach for analyzing and developing safety and loss prevention programs; a valid, objective method for measuring safety program improvement; and a safety performance recognition useful in business development.
