ABC Eastern Pennsylvania Workforce Development

Together, we help individuals train, transform, and triumph as they pursue meaningful careers that advance their potential and build strong communities.
The following committees support our ABC Members and ABC Educational Alliance Partners to create an ongoing relationship between ABC Eastern Pennsylvania, our Alliance Partners, and the communities in which we serve to directly impact the overwhelming need for Construction Professionals.
ABC Alliance Partner Consortium
The Alliance Partner Consortium is comprised of ABC Eastern PA Chapter schools and educational partners who support careers in construction. The aim of the Alliance Partner Consortium is to provide students or individuals with a direct path from school to a successful career with an ABC company by creating a close working relationship between the Alliance Partner community and ABC Eastern PA Chapter Members.
Craft Professional Recruitment Committee
The Craft Professional Recruitment Committee is comprised of ABC Eastern PA Chapter Members who support careers in construction. The objective of the Craft Professional Recruitment Committee is to develop and foster talent pipelines for individuals to pursue meaningful careers and employment with ABC Member companies.
