Session 1: Customer Service & Sales (October 19, 2022)
Most business owners are looking for the latest marketing strategy, a new source of leads, or a fairy-tale salesperson who is going to come in and turn all the prospects into customers without breaking a sweat. This workshop will show you a proven sales methodology that will not only bring in new customers but create repeat business for years to come.
Session 2: Understanding Your Numbers (November 2, 2022)
Are you confused by your financial statements? Do you have trouble recognizing what they are telling you? This workshop will help you quickly master the fundamentals and develop a comprehensive understanding of how they work, how to interpret them accurately, and how to use their information to make more effective, better-informed business decisions that have a positive impact on your organization’s bottom line. You will also learn the importance of a dashboard and how to easily set one up for your company.
Session 3: Personal Performance (November 16, 2022)
Critical thinking is a lost art. Whether you are refining operations, evaluating strategic plans, or brainstorming better ways to assist customers, businesses with the best ideas come out on top. This workshop will teach you how to recognize key mistakes that company leaders make which undermine their effectiveness at running and growing a company. You will also walk away with tips that you can implement immediately to improve your personal performance and help you reach your full potential to build an amazing team. Session 4: What is Your USP? & Communication (November 30, 2022)
Are you tired of feeling invisible in your field, of not being recognized for your talents and expertise? Are you losing potential customers to your competitors solely because your prices are higher?
