This is a course that’s been specifically designed for professionals who are looking to improve their overall workforce. By looking at the best ways to retain employees and to recruit new talent, companies can ensure they are able to thrive, no matter what the economy does and no matter what happens in the industry.

Some of the topics covered in this course include how companies benefit from recruiting talent, employee branding, aligning recruitment to job requirements, the importance of retention, how recruitment and retention work together, how to retain your talent, preventing high turnover rates, using benefits to maintain a competitive hiring advantage, corporate wellness programs, managing attrition, and surviving a talent crunch.

With each lesson building on the one before it, the instructor helps to guide people who want to build a team that is effective and that wants to stay around for the long-term. By looking at what talent looks like in a company and finding out what benefits can bring new talent in, a company can begin to create a company that has a strong reputation for prospective team members.

In addition, a company can begin to understand how to hold onto the employees who are the most valuable to the team. While not everyone will be able to stay on board forever, there are ways to ensure that long-time employees are interested in staying, rather than looking for other employment opportunities.

Instructors Bio: Richard Lukesh, Managing Partner, has more than 40 years of Human Resource, Sales, and Operations experience working as an executive and a consultant for 200-plus organizations varying in size from 5 to 2,500 employees. Mr. Lukesh has worked in a wide range of sectors, everything from start-up and non-profit to retail and manufacturing. He has a solid track record of enhancing organizational culture, changing toxic behaviors, resolving interpersonal conflicts, coaching performance improvements, improving productivity, and building company profitability through the implementation of Human Capital programs and strategies.

Mr. Lukesh holds an MBA from Wilkes University and has published numerous white papers, books, and articles on topics ranging from sales and recruiting to building employee loyalty and customer satisfaction.
