This is important since hiring is nearly impossible. There are several steps to improving employee engagement. We will show you how.
The second step is retaining the team you already have. It is more difficult to perform when people are leaving out the back door as fast, or faster, than you can hire. While engagement and retention are intricately linked, we will show you further steps to enhance retention.
