Mechanic’s Lien Law Changes and Tenant Fit Out Traps for the Unwary

$25.00This class will focus on the differences, and updates to, the Mechanic’s Lien Law in PA and the Construction Lien Law in New Jersey with a focus on some nuances presented when performing tenant fit out work, for example in malls or as part of a ‘ground lease’ development. Work on such projects can often leave a contractor in the dark as to the true owner’s identity and therefore, the contractors lien rights.
