Every successful business knows it’s only as good as its employees, and currently, it’s a candidate’s market. This means that top talent has their choice of employers. Therefore, it becomes fundamental for companies to enhance and maintain their employer brand to not only attract top talent, but to send the continuous message to potential candidates—and current employees alike, that the engagement drivers that employees need most are top-of-mind in their work culture.

Michael is a Human Resource Consultant with Insperity. His focus is on helping organizations create a competitive advantage with their human talent. He accomplishes this through scalable solutions, emphasizing success and accountability while understanding potential risk. He has worked with numerous clients recognized by varying organizations for creating best places to work. A lifelong learner, Michael is a thought leader whose insights are continually cited by the media. He is a regular contributor to Forbes Coaches Council—a community for leading business and career coaches.

Introduced to HR early in his career, Michael returned to school earning his master’s in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University. He holds both a SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. In addition, he has a Certified Professional Coaching designation from iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Michael’s professional journey includes experiences in hospitality, manufacturing, IT and financial services. Michael serves in volunteer board positions on both the Garden State Council-SHRM and the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources.
