5 Week Course, classes will be held on Wednesdays from 4pm-7pm on January 19th, 26th, February 2nd, 9th, & 16th.
No matter whether you call them Crew Leaders, Foreman or Field Supervisors, our front line supervision is critical to the success of a project. Their influence over the profitability of a project cannot be overstated. Today’s Crew Leader not only needs the trade skills required to lead a project, they need the managerial skills to communicate with the client and office as well as the people skills to create a team on the job site.
