SUMMARY:Free Webinar: Optimize Your Construction Management Systems
DESCRIPTION:You’ve invested in Construction Management software—and maybe training too—but you’re still not seeing the performance or savings you expected. When problems come up\, the answer is always the same: buy another module or upgrade to the latest version. That just adds complexity\, costs\, and disconnected systems. \nThe real issue isn’t more software. It’s making the tools you already own work the way you do. \nZenTek Consultants\, in partnership with Associated Builders & Contractors of PA\, invites you to a live\, open symposium focused on optimizing the Construction Management systems you already use. We’ll share our top five tips for getting more value out of platforms like Procore\, ACC\, and Bluebeam—and answer your real-world questions in a live\, interactive setting. \nSubmit questions ahead of time or ask them live. ZenTek’s Technology Specialists will cover: \n\nManaging and reassigning system administrators\nAutomating project reporting\nCreating custom data fields\nImproving collaboration within CM systems\nTraining strategies for GCs vs. subcontractors\n\nThis is a practical\, no-sales-pitch session built for construction professionals who want clarity\, efficiency\, and results.

SUMMARY:The 5 Biggest Mistakes Contractors Make to Kill their Own Claims
DESCRIPTION:This seminar identifies the five biggest mistakes that construction lawyers repeatedly see contractors make during the performance of a project that impact the viability and value of their claims.  After identifying these all-too common mistakes\, the presentation outlines practical solutions that can be implemented by any construction company to increase the probability of success when presenting claims of all types (changes\, differing site conditions\, delay\, impact\, inefficiencies).  The implementation of these practical steps in a contractor’s day-to-day project operations can help it avoid the traps that routinely result in the devaluation or outright defeat of otherwise meritorious claims.   \nConstruction attorney and ABC Member J.T. Gallagher of Hendrick\, Phillips\, Salzman & Siegel\, P.C. began working in construction in the Lehigh Valley as a plumber’s helper during high school and has been working in the industry ever since.  After obtaining his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida and working for several years in construction project management\, J.T. obtained his J.D.\, with honors\, from Emory University School of Law.  He now specializes in complex construction litigation and utilizes his industry experience to effectively represents contractors\, subcontractors\, specialty trade contractors\, design professionals\, and owners in relation to all aspects of public and private construction projects.
